• Eucalyptus plywood is a high-strength artificial board made from fast-growing eucalyptus wood, which has excellent mechanical properties, processing stability, and environmental adaptability. It is widely used in fields such as building templates, furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, and industrial packaging.
  High strength and high density
  Eucalyptus wood has an air dry density of 0.65-0.75g/cm ³, significantly higher than common tree species such as poplar. The plywood made from Eucalyptus wood has strong bending and compression resistance, is not easily deformed, and is suitable for load-bearing structures and repeated use.
  Stable structure and strong durability
  Adopting odd layer vertical staggered hot pressing technology, adjacent layers of wood grain direction are perpendicular to each other, effectively offsetting anisotropic stress, improving overall rigidity and dimensional stability, and reducing the risk of cracking and warping.
  Excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance
  When produced in conjunction with phenolic glue (WBP) or MDI formaldehyde free glue, it can meet the standards of Class I plywood and pass a 72 hour boiling water test without delamination. It is suitable for humid environments and outdoor projects.
  Environmentally friendly and sustainable
  Eucalyptus wood has a short growth cycle (3-5 years to mature) and strong renewability; When used in conjunction with ENF grade environmentally friendly adhesive, the formaldehyde emission can be as low as ≤ 0.025mg/m ³, meeting the highest international environmental standards.
  Strong versatility and adaptability
  It can expand its application scenarios through flame retardant treatment, film coating processing, and veneer decoration, and is suitable for various high-end needs such as marine boards, stage engineering, customized furniture, export packaging, etc.
